Never received

I ordered this dress along with 2 others a month ago and I only received the 2 other dresses. I have emailed regarding this with no response in return. Shipping on the other two dresses took 1 month to receive...I will not order from this site again they have poor/no customer service. I will update this post if our when the situation is resolved but I have a feeling I have just lost my money.
